CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.  Should you need to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, please contact us immediately.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If invoice remains unpaid past the 24 hours, order will automatically be canceled. 

 

Refunds

We do not accept refunds or returns. Once the package(s) leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible. This includes lost or stolen package, mishandling from the carrier, and weather damage. However, in the rare occasion the plant(s) should arrive dead on arrival, immediately take photo/video, and contact us within 12 hours after tracking states package has been delivered, providing photos and/or videos.  Please be advised that healthy plants suffer some stress during shipping. Yellow and drooping leaves are a sign of stress. This is a risk assumed by buyer.
