By making a purchase with us, you fully agree to all our terms, policies, and conditions.
We ship only within the United States from California. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Processing and Shipping Times
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing time of your order.
We ship all plants on Monday/Tuesday depending on destination. This will help eliminate your plants from being detained at the post office over the weekend.
Please ensure that shipping address is correct, including apt/unit numbers and zip code.
We pack your plants with care and plenty of packing material, to help ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. Because of this, multiple boxes may be used.
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business days)/UPS 3 Day
Your plants will be shipped USPS Priority mail, UPS 3 day or UPS ground. This method ensures that they will arrive as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are flat rate with a small charge for additional plants purchased with the same order. Please be aware that larger plants may incur and additional shipping charged. We will message you of the additional charge before shipping. Plants will be shipped in containers with soil. There may be times when we will need to ship bare root.
PLEASE NOTE:
IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE HEAT PACKS AND INSULATION ACCORDING TO YOUR WEATHER CONDITIONS. WEATHER 60 DEGREES AND BELOW ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE HEAT PACK (S) AND INSULATION.
Care Instruction After Delivery
Your plants have arrived! Yaay!
Carefully tear/cut all packaging material, being mindful of the leaves.
Let your plants rest. They have been through a lot. Do not repot for at least 14 days if possible.
If the plant substrate arrives dry, give it lukewarm water, and slowly acclimate it to light. Remember they have been traveling in the dark.
If the plant substrate is wet, let it dry before watering. Use a fan to circulate the air.
